In case of fire, the principle RESCUE – ALERT – EXTINGUISH applies. Warn everyone nearby and help each other out to the assembly point in the parking area outside the building. Alert the fire service on emergency number 110, state the address and which part of the building is on fire, and do not hang up until you are told you can do so. Receive and inform the fire service about the situation when they arrive, and immediately report if you know that someone has not managed to get out. If the fire has not become too large, you can try to extinguish it and limit the fire by closing doors and windows, but do not expose yourself or others to danger – remember that the smoke is extremely toxic. The fire alarm is connected directly to the fire service, and it will take about 3 minutes before they arrive. The fixed assembly point is outside by the parking area.

If you forget the code to the door, you must contact us by phone. During working hours, the janitor may be available for assistance.

The janitor is available Monday to Friday. If needed, you can contact us by phone at 33 35 35 00 or by email at hotell@bocoliving.no, and we will arrange a time for his visit.

Containers for waste and paper are located outside the building by the door from the kitchen on the first floor.

Shared kitchen and lounge areas are available on each floor. Washing machines and dryers are available on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

There is a large parking area right outside the building that can be used free of charge by our tenants.

The room is cleaned every 14 days. If you want more frequent cleaning or a change of bed linen and towels, you must arrange this yourself. Hygiene products such as soap, toilet paper and similar items are also your responsibility to provide. The cleaning staff will have access to the room for a light cleaning, which includes surface cleaning, vacuuming and changing bed linen and towels. For the cleaning to be carried out, the room must be tidy.

The house rules and fire instructions attached to the contract and available via QR code in the rooms also form part of the rental agreement. All documents have been reviewed and accepted by the tenant as part of this agreement, which is signed digitally. These house rules are an integral part of the lease, and violations will be considered a breach of the rental contract. The lease agreement contains further details about the tenant’s duties and responsibilities, and the tenant is responsible for ensuring that everyone in the household complies with the house rules. Breaches of the house rules may result in liability for damages, termination of the tenancy and/or immediate cancellation of the rental agreement. All residents are obliged to familiarize themselves with the house rules, fire information and fire instructions, which can also be accessed via QR code placed in every room.
